Today our topic is the production of petroleum products. Just like Electricity ,Water and Natural gas petroleum has become a very essential part of our daily life routine. There are many machines that run on petrol and other products like deiseal and there is no substitute for this. Now we are going to discuss the production of petroleum products. Now before we start our main topic There are some things i like to discuss.
Petroleum:
It is a black liquid present in rock strata. It is a mixture of hydrocarbons and can be extracted and refined to use as petrol,deiseal and paraffin.
#1 U.S.A:
U.S.A stands number one in the production/extraction of petroleum. It extracts around 12,000,000bbl/day . According to a survey held in 2019 around 5.07 million barrels are produce in Texas , 1.90 million barrels in the federal zone of Gulf of Mexico, 1.42 million in North Dakota and 0.90 million barrels in New Mexico.
#2 Russia:
Russia is ranked #2 in the production of petroleum. The extraction rate of petroleum in Russia is 11,200,000 bbl/day. The west Siberia is the region that produce the largest amount of petroleum in Russia around 320.7 million of petroleum barrels are produce in that region, in Second place Urals-Volga and 48.4 million barrels are produce in this region
#3 Saudi Arabia:
Saudi Arabia is the 3rd largest country according to the production of petroleum. It produce around 11,113,710bbl/day. The Eastern Province is greatly rich for the production of petroleum about 8% of to petroleum of Saudi Arabia is found there .
